Ingredients:        
32 ounces hash browns       
2 cups turkey sausage, casings removed and ground        
1 yellow onion, chopped        
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
12 eggs, whisked        
1 cup coconut milk        
A pinch of salt and black pepper       
Cooking spray 

Directions: 
1- Grease the instant pot with cooking spray and spread the hash browns, onion and turkey sausage on the bottom. 
2- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients, whisk and pour over the hash browns. 
3- Put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes.
4- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
