Ingredients: 
4 cups water        
1 peach, stone removed and chopped        
1 teaspoon vanilla extract        
2 cups rolled oats        
½ cup almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons flax meal 

Directions: 
1- In your instant pot, combine the oats with water, peach, and the vanilla, put the lid on and cook on High for 3 minutes. 
2- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, add the almonds and flax meal, toss, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
