Strawberries Oatmeal

Preparation time: 20 minutes 
Cooking time: 13 minutes 
Serves: 4  

1 tablespoon avocado oil 
1 cup steel cut oats       
¼ cup heavy cream 
4 cups water 
¼ cup chia seeds
1 and ½ cups strawberries, sliced        
3 tablespoons coconut sugar 

1- Set the instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the oats and toast them for 3 minutes. 
2- Add the rest of the ingredients except the chia seeds and strawberries, put the lid on and cook on High for 10 minutes. 
3- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, add the strawberries and the chia seeds and toss. 
4- Leave everything aside for 10 minutes more,divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
