Herbed Mash

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 10 minutes 
Serves: 8  

2 garlic cloves, minced 
3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed        
A pinch of salt and black pepper        
¼ teaspoon sage, dried       
½ teaspoon rosemary, dried
½ teaspoon thyme dried        
1 and ½ cups water       
¼ cup almond milk        
½ cup parmesan, grated 

1- Add the water to the instant pot, add the steamer basket inside and put the potatoes in it. 
2- Put the lid on and cook on High for 10 minutes. 
3- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them with a potato masher.  
4- Add the rest of the ingredients gradually, whisk well, divide between plates and serve as a side dish.
