Turkey and Tomato Sauce

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 25 minutes 
Serves: 4  

1 turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cut into strips        
2 tablespoons olive oil       
1 yellow onion, chopped        
4 ounces tomato sauce
A handful cilantro, chopped       
A pinch of salt and black pepper        
½ pound cherry tomatoes, halved        
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped  

1- Set your instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the onion and the meat and brown for 5 minutes. 
2- Add the tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients except the parsley, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. 
3- Release the pressure naturally between plates, divide the turkey mix between plates, and serve with the parsley sprinkled on top.
