Ingredients:        
1 cup steel cut oats       
3 cups water       
½ cup coconut cream        
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 tablespoons coconut sugar        
1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated        
¼ cup chia seeds       
1 cup blueberries 

Directions: 
1- Set the instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the oats and toast them for 3 minutes. 
2- Add all the other ingredients except the chia seeds and blueberries, toss, put the lid on and cook on High for 10 minutes. 
3- Release he pressure naturally for 10 minutes, add chia seeds and blueberries and mix everything.
4- Divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
