Chicken and Peppercorns

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 20 minutes 
Serves: 4  

2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cubed       
A pinch of salt and black pepper        
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed        
4 garlic cloves, minced        
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped  

1- In your instant pot, mix the chicken with the rest of the ingredients except the cilantro, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes. 
2- Release the pressure fast for 5 minutes, divide everything between plates and serve with the cilantro sprinkled on top.
